Terms & Conditions of Use

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pk99," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pk99 online gaming platform operating at pk99.site and all related services and products.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pk99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered member account on the pk99 platform associated with a unique username and verified identity.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services provided through the pk99 platform, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and arcade titles.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited into or held within a pk99 Account wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or matched deposit amount credited to a pk99 Account subject to promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus or promotional amount must be played through before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct listed under Clause 8 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk99. Access to or use of any part of the pk99 platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

2.2 pk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 If you are accessing pk99 on behalf of a third party or using another person's credentials, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that doing so does not violate any applicable law.

3.1 Age Requirement. The pk99 platform is strictly for adults. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register for or use any pk99 Service. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. pk99 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage access.

3.2 Age Verification. pk99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of your membership. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or over will be suspended immediately, and any balance held will be refunded to the originating payment method after verification of ownership.

3.3 One Account Per Individual. Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered pk99 Account. Members of the same household are each permitted one account, but pk99 reserves the right to apply enhanced scrutiny to accounts sharing an address, device, or payment method.

3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions. pk99 services are made available to players in jurisdictions where it is lawful to participate in online gaming. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of pk99 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk99 account credentials, including your username and password. pk99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pk99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. Contact the pk99 support team via live chat at the earliest opportunity.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. pk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory obligation, or player-initiated self-exclusion requests.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. pk99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of up to Rs 50 to dormant accounts after written notice to the registered email address.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast / 1LINK interbank transfer, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk99 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on processing times within Pakistan's interbank system.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on pk99 is Rs 10 for mobile wallet methods. Minimum deposits for bank transfer methods are Rs 500.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification completion. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically settled within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

5.5 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. pk99 reserves the right to require full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including CNIC and proof of payment method, before processing any withdrawal request. This is a regulatory requirement under our international gaming license.

5.6 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on pk99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers on pk99 are available to eligible registered accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are set out in the specific terms accompanying each offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer, all bonus amounts credited to a pk99 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

6.3 Bonus Validity. Bonuses not claimed or activated within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from issuance) will automatically expire and be removed from the account without notice.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. pk99 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings generated from bonuses, and suspend or terminate accounts where it determines that bonuses have been claimed fraudulently, through collusion, or in violation of these Terms.

6.5 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Full contribution tables are available in the pk99 FAQ section.

7.1 General Gaming Rules. All games and betting markets on pk99 are governed by specific game rules available within the relevant game or betting interface. These game-level rules supplement these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

7.2 System Malfunction. In the event of a system error, disconnection, or technical malfunction during a game or bet, pk99 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return any wager to the player's account. pk99 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 Void Bets. pk99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been listed or settled in error, including pricing errors in sports betting markets. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's pk99 account.

7.4 Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Markets. All sports betting markets, including PSL, Pakistan international cricket fixtures, and other sporting events offered on pk99, are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and the rules of the applicable governing body. Settlements will be based on official results published by the relevant governing authority.

7.5 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets on cricket and other live sports are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time at pk99's sole discretion. pk99 reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one pk99 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pk99 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using pk99 accounts for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through payment providers in bad faith.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation, multi-accounting, or violation of promotion-specific terms.
• Accessing the pk99 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9.1 All content on the pk99 platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, interface design, game content, text, software, and trademarks, is the property of pk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any pk99 content without prior written consent.

9.3 The pk99 name, logo, and all associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of pk99. Unauthorised use of pk99 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk99 platform or its Services.

10.2 pk99 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge and accept that online gambling involves inherent financial risk, that outcomes of games and betting markets cannot be predicted or guaranteed, and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your pk99 account. pk99 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players.

10.4 In no event shall pk99's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 pk99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering for pk99, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 pk99 may be required to share player information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors in the context of legal obligations, including anti-money laundering compliance, fraud prevention, and age verification requirements.

11.3 You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by pk99, subject to any legal retention obligations. Data requests should be submitted to [email protected].

12.1 pk99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling may become harmful, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

12.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk99 account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk99 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after extended gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and restrict re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

12.3 Requesting Self-Exclusion. Requests are processed within 24 hours. pk99 will take all reasonable steps to ensure excluded players cannot create new accounts during the exclusion period.

12.4 Age Protection. pk99 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. We use industry-standard age verification procedures and encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms.

13.1 pk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page at pk99.site/terms-conditions.

13.2 Where amendments are material — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal procedures, or player rights — pk99 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

13.3 Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or editorial changes that do not alter the substantive rights of players, may take effect immediately without notification.

13.4 Your continued use of the pk99 platform after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure at any time.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk99 holds its international gaming license. Any provision of these Terms found to be unenforceable under applicable law shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the pk99 platform or the application of these Terms, players are encouraged to contact the pk99 support team in the first instance via live chat or email. pk99 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the pk99 support team within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to pk99's licensing authority in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out by that authority. 14.4 No Class Actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve any disputes with pk99 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against pk99.
